Tender Description
Fraser Coast Regional Council is inviting offers from Tenderers for the sale of Lot 1 of Moonaboola Industrial Estate, Maryborough West QLD only.
A key requirement of the tender process is to sell the land to a Tenderer ready and willing to promptly build and operate a business from the land (Lot 1), to provide economic benefit to the Fraser Coast Regional Council LGA (region). See the Conditions of Contract for further information.
