The Tender shall be for the installation of the whole of the Works, unless otherwise stated in the Tender Documents and shall include the following:

1. Provide site works as specified.

2. Documentation as specified.

3. Provide plant, material and labour to undertake all associated works as detailed in the design Drawings and Specifications.

4. Legally dispose of all rubbish and materials.

5. Provide any other site works as directed by the Superintendent.
