Rose Bay Parkland Amenities (Part A) and Clarence Point Amenities (Part B)

⁠⁠⁠West Tamar Council invites Lump Sum CONSTRUCT ONLY tenders from Tenderers for the provision of Services for the replacement of public Amenities Block in the following locations:

• Part A Rose Bay Parkland Amenities, Gravelly Beach TAS 7276
• Part B Clarence Point Amenities, Clarence Point TAS 7270

The existing public amenity blocks at both locations are due for replacement, for which the Council plans to replace it with a slightly bigger toilet footprint. Both new amenity blocks are identical in design and materials requirements and thus will have identical construction methodologies.

This tender packages both projects named Part A & Part B.

All required permits and approvals from relevant authorities, including Council, have been granted for both projects. Under this contract, the successful contractor does not require to seek/apply for any permits/approvals if there is no variation in the approved designs.

2:00 PM Wednesday 1st August 2022 Clarence Point Amenities (Part B)

Scope of works but are not limited to:
Site establishment and set out of works and traffic management
Temporary fencing and amenities
Demolition and removal of existing public toilet block Part B only
Foundation and footing work as per plans and specifications
Supply and installation of precast concrete culverts for building structure
Supply and install amenity facilities as per supplied Interior Fitout Schedules
Concrete ramp and steps to the adjacent community hall Part B only
Electrical, Sewer, Stormwater and Water services as per plans and specifications with connection to existing services
Fixture and fittings as per plans and specifications
Fit out to completion internal finishes, floor covering and designated furniture
Gutters and down pipes
Relocation of existing water tank Part B only
Civil works, concrete surrounds, landscaping and making good
Twelve months defects liability period after practical completion
