⁠⁠⁠REQUEST FOR TENDER (T2022/5) – AGISTMENT OF COUNCIL LAND – 2022 - 2025

The below Council land is being offered for a three year lease commencing on 01 September 2022:

1. On the corner of Abercrombie and The Reef Road - Lot 7010, DP 1030717 (Approx. 3.3 Ha)

2. Titania Estate - Lot 85 DP 805063; Lot 55 DP 794311; Lot 11 DP 1052957; and reserve between Lot 49 and Lot 54 DP 794311 (Approx. 25.4 Ha)

Interested parties are required to register via the E-tendering Portal www.eprocure.com/oberon to download the tender document at no charge.

There are no hard copy information packages. Submissions via email, hard copy posted or delivered to Council will not be accepted. All submissions must be made via the tender portal https://www.eprocure.com.au/oberon/

Tender submission will be accepted up until 23:59pm Monday, 04 August 2022.

Please note that lobbying or liaison with Councillors and or staff prior to the consideration of a Tender by Council may lead to the rejection of the Tender.
