Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for Supply and Install of Window Shutters. If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 17a, 23, 24, 30a and 30b of the attached SF1449 document, and submit it to the address shown on block 16 of the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.

You must register your interest in attending the site visit prior to close of business 5pm Tuesday July 19, 2022.
Please note that for a quotation to be considered, all prospective offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) Database available at https://www.sam.gov prior to submission of the quotations/proposals. The guidance for SAM registration is available on the above website.

The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price. We intend to award a contract/purchase order based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if there is a need to do so.
