This Request for Tender (RFT) is to engage the market on behalf of Lockyer Valley Regional Council seeking Offers for the supply and undertaking of roof remediation works, to maintain the watertight integrity and extend the expected serviceable life of the Gatton Administration Building roof.
The roof repair works are to be done in coordination with other trades for the HVAC upgrade of the package units on the roof. Both the roof remediation and HVAC upgrade must be completed after-hours to minimise disruption to the Council staff and an overlap of roof remediation works will be required during the changeover of the HVAC package units.
