ABOUT SINGLETON: Located at the gateway to the famous Hunter Valley vineyards and surrounded by untouched national parks, Singleton was founded on agriculture, driven by coal and sustained by the Hunter River. Singleton is home to a population of approximately 24,000 who enjoy the diverse food and wine, industry, history, sports and art and culture.
ABOUT THE TENDER: Singleton Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified Contractors for the development and installation of a wholistic comfort and critical air conditioning solution at Singleton Library. The air conditioning plant will be energy efficient, effective and BCA compliant.
