Tender Description
Queensland Health invites landowners, either directly or through their agent, to express an interest in listing their land for consideration for expanded health service delivery.
The land will need to be:
•Between 1.5 and 3.0 hectares
•Above Q200 flood level
•Available for settlement within 6 months
Acceptance of any offer is at the discretion of Queensland Health
Submissions should include as a minimum information regarding:
•Proposed Sale Price
•Proof of ownership, title description and any titling encumbrances.
•Planning and Statutory controls/limitations/overlays.
•Any existing third-party interests in the land.
•Accessibility to public transport and community infrastructure.
•Proximity to existing health and related services.
•Proximity to community services and business amenities.
•Type of surrounding development.
TIMING
Any person wishing to put forward their nominated site for consideration has until 5.00pm 1st August 2022.
