Maitland City council has identified the need to engage a design consultant in support of future development of Lot 1490 DP 1005639.
Maitland City Council is seeking expressions of interest from design consultants to deliver the Weblands Street District Sportsground Project on the site.
This exciting project is being developed to address the current and future open recreation needs of the western precinct of the City. This project is an opportunity to create synergies with the environmental zones, connection with country, links to Norm Chapman oval and development of quality public spaces that are currently lacking in the western precincts of the City, whilst creating links to the southern lot development.
