The Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for Western Australia requires the replacement of its existing business systems in order to automate manual practices, and streamline the Criminal Justice System (CJS) criminal file and case management process adopting seamless connected file and case management services that:

• have minimal system customisation;
• are configurable to meet the Customer’s and CJS partners’ business requirements;
• are managed, delivered, and serviced adopting cloud-based services; and
• have the capacity to integrate with other CJS partners.
