⁠⁠⁠The Embassy of the United States of America invites you to submit a proposal for

RFQ 19AS2022Q0046 House Renovations Property ID R51.

If you would like to submit a quotation, complete the blocks 17a, 23, 24, 30a and 30b of the

attached SF1449 document, and submit it to the address shown on block 16 of the Standard

Form 1449 that follows this letter.

The Embassy intends to conduct a site visit (52.236-27). All prospective offerors who have

received a solicitation package are invited to attend.

LOCATION: Address to be supplied upon registration of the site visit.

DATE: Thursday, August 4th, 2022.

TIME: 10:00 AM

You must register your interest in attending the site visit prior to 4:00pm local time on

Wednesday August 3rd, 2022. For registration to attend the site visit please direct your

inquiries to Kate Costan by email costank@state.gov or by telephone (02) 6214-5934 during

regular business hours.

PLEASE NOTE: For a quotation or tender to be valid all contractors must be registered in the

System for Award Management (SAM) database https://www.sam.gov prior to contract award.

A SAM registration check will be conducted prior to the review/consideration of any

solicitation proposal.

The contract will be a firm fixed price contract, with no adjustment for any escalation in costs

or prices of labor or materials. Each offeror will be responsible for determining the amount of

labor and materials that will be required to complete the project, and for pricing its proposal

accordingly.

Please submit your quotation electronically marked "RFQ 19AS2022Q0046 House

Renovations Property ID R51" to the email address CNBGSOProcurement@state.gov. The

deadline for receipt of quotations is 4:00 pm AEST local time, on Thursday August 25th,

2022. No quotations will be accepted after this time.
