Tender Description
Mudgee Arts Precinct formally opened in late 2021 and comprises a pre-existing heritage listed building adjoining a purpose built, state of the art, gallery space to share with Mudgee Region Tourism and a café operator.
The café area will be operating on the eastern side of the new facility, with access from both Douro and Market Streets. Mid-Western Regional Council is now seeking interested persons to lease and operate the gallery café facility.
- Proposals open: 15 July 2022
- Proposals close: 12 August 2022
Proposals should be completed and returned with all relevant information by 12:00pm (midday) Friday, 12 August 2022.
