This procurement seeks to engage a suitable supplier for International student enquiry and lead management services which can provide:

Enquiry Management:

Servicing potential new international student / customer enquiries with the ability to service enquiries in different international time zones i.e. 24/7
Lead Conversion (enquiry to application) including assistance with incomplete applications

Measurement of Marketing Activities:

Marketing campaign management and email automation
Activity reporting including provision of an interactive dashboard of live enquiry/prospect data

Meetings and planning sessions with TAFE SA International and Marketing staff

Quality Assurance:

Reconciliation of prospect to enrolment numbers to determine conversion outcomes four times per year after term commencements
Collection of critical data
