Tender Description
Scope of Works:
Supply of instruments capable of scanning an iron ore stockpile from on-board a rail-mounted Reclaimer. Further details on the scope:
- Supply of instrument mounts to allow adjustment of instrument scanning position
- Instrument is capable of operating without maintenance for >12wks
- All distance to stockpile measurements to be provided +/- 10cm accuracy
- Instrument to be able to output 2D array of distance measurements
- Instrument able to communicate over open protocol. Preference for Modbus TCP/IP
- IP rating: Nominally IP66 minimum
- Temperature: Ambient up to 50 degrees.
- Instrument to have vibration and shock rating for mounting on rail-mounted Reclaimer
Notes:
- The instruments will be installed by the Company.
- The data collected by the Company will remain the Company's intellectual property (IP).
