Upgrading Screw Press Polymer System (Ayr STP & Home Hill STP)

⁠⁠⁠Supply and installation and commissioning of new Polymer Station for Screw Presses at Ayr STP & Home Hill STP including:

• 2 Tanks divided by a motorized transfer valve, one Tank for the formulation and refining (mixing) of the polymer solution, the other one for continuous availability of mixed polymer solution for injection.
• It is preferred to have two tanks situated one on top of the other, so less space required
• Tanks are preferred to be Polypropylene (PPH) and not Stainless
• Pumps are preferred to be Helical rotor and not piston or diaphragm pump
• Complete Integration into current system (PLC)
• PVC piping, water path with isolating valve, pressure reducer, solenoid valve and contact water meter
• Connection for liquid polymer dosing

All electrical and control equipment including:

• Electrical Cabinet to control all equipment system
• Stop / Start controls and isolators, where required
• PLC for process protection and automation
• Software for complete automatic operation
• Mechanical and electrical installation on site
• Provision of Operation & Maintenance Manual
• Burdekin Shire Council operators training
