⁠⁠⁠S Antonio Da Padova Nursing Home is seeking EOI from suitably experienced PM to act in:

Setting out full design briefs for aged care renovation and building extension. Prepare consultant briefs and call for pricing. Direct consults in preparing and obtaining required approvals. Calling of competitive building tenders, assess and recommend preferred builder. Prepare, administer the building contract, prepare payment claims and deliver the project. Issue monthly project reports to Board and present on monthly basis.

Must have working knowledge of seniors planning codes and 5+ years experience in Aged Care project management.
