Conditions of Sale: The abandoned vehicles are being sold on “as is – where is” basis. No guarantees or warranty provided. Highest bidder will take ownership of vehicle.

Written offers for purchase are required for all abandoned vehicles and can be made by stating your name, contact details, vehicle and offer to the Manager of Development and Regulation, Shire of Toodyay, PO Box 96 Toodyay 6566, or records@toodyay.wa.gov.au by 4.00pm on Friday 29 July 2022.

Vehicles will be available for inspection at the Shire of Toodyay Depot, 335 Railway Road, Toodyay on Wednesday July 13 and Wednesday July 20 from 10.00am to 12.00pm by appointment only.
