Council seeks to select a suitably qualified out-of-home advertising supplier to develop, replace, manage and maintain Bus Shelters within Council's Local Government Area. Further, the Successful Tenderer will manage advertising on the Bus Shelters and provide Council a strong recurring income from advertising in relation to Bus Shelters.
Council is seeking innovative proposals that will provide:
a) A rolling program to replace and/or refurbish, where appropriate, existing Bus Shelters within the Council Network.
b) Introduction of advertising in new locations via newly installed shelters and/or augmented shelters, where appropriate.
c) Ongoing and recurring maintenance of Bus Shelters within the Council Network.
d) Maximising advertising income in relation to bus shelters within the Council Network to maximise the income paid to Council.
e) Options in relation to advertising and non-advertising bus shelters, based on regions within the Council's Local Government Area.
