Tender Description
Moreton Bay Regional Council invites companies to submit a tender for the replacement boardwalk components on three (3) separate boardwalks / platforms within the region.
SITE INSPECTION
3.1 Attendance at this meeting to discuss the Request for Tender is not mandatory.
3.2 Tenderers are invited to attend a site inspection on Tuesday 19th July 2022 at 10:00am.
3.3 The location of the meeting is Stanton Reserve, Eatons Hill (next to 32 Riversleigh Crescent, Eatons Hill)
3.4 The site inspection will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the Contact Person prior to the Closing Time.
3.5 Please confirm with the Contact Person Jack.Vosten@moretonbay.qld.gov.au your attendance at this meeting no later than Friday 15th July 2022. If no responses are received by this date, no Council representatives will in attendance.
Notice to all current and prospective tenderers: If you are providing a service to Moreton Bay Regional Council (Council) that is subject to any Public Health Direction from the Queensland Chief Health Officer including, but not limited to, the Public Health and Social Measures linked to vaccination status Direction (Direction), or you are entering any of Council’s premises across the Moreton Bay region, or conducting any activities subject to the Direction, you must comply with the requirements set out under the Direction at all times.
