Events and Activations Panel

Sydney Olympic Park Authority (SOPA) is seeking Standing Offer Notices from suitably skilled companies to establish a panel of suppliers for the following service categories:

1. Food & Beverage
2. Event Management, Production & Lighting
3. Entertainment Curation, Creative Programming & Event Design

These will be formed to provide the flexibility to respond to deliver Events and Activations as required during the contract term of five years. These include for:

• Event extension experiences pre and post major events,
• Community celebrations
• Curated creative activations in venues, retailers and in the public domain

SOPA is interested in understanding the capabilities that exist in the market to produce unique creative experiences at each end of the scale spectrum - from destinational events to local community activations. As a guide budget per activation ranges from $2000 - $150,000.

Tender evaluation of this part of the process is weighted in favour of non-price criteria. Inclusion on the panel allows the opportunity for suppliers and SOPA to engage in developing and delivering the types of initiatives outlined.
