Tender Details:
Sacred Heart Primary School is located in the regional town of Wagga Wagga, New South Wales. This is a school operating under the Catholic Schools Office of Wagga Wagga.
The project is jointly funded through the Catholic Block Grant Authority and the Catholic Schools Foundation and will deliver improvements to the school’s buildings.
This project includes the demolition and re-build of one existing building (Block A), connection of Block A into Block C and Structural alterations to Block C, to create more modern, usable spaces, user-friendly learning environment and improve functionality.
Demolition of Block A will remove the existing building and foundations. A new Block A building will be constructed and connected into the existing Block C building (All under roof). Block A will feature new general learning areas and Library spaces as well as shared spaces.
Refurbishment of Block C will involve demolition of existing roof and opening of structural walls, construction of new skylight roof and connection works into the new Block A building.
The successful contractor will preferably have a proven track record of delivering complex projects in a “live” educational environment.
