The Adelaide 500 is a four-day event staged by the SA Motor Sport (SAMS) on Adelaide’s world-renowned street circuit and surrounding parklands in the heart of the CBD. The event is South Australia’s largest annual ticketed sporting event providing a vibrant mix of motorsport and other off-track attractions appealing to a diverse audience.
The Event precinct is a temporary street circuit located within a defined, fully fenced area in the East Parklands of the City of Adelaide.
For an event the size of the Adelaide 500, it is essential that the cleaning supplier is available at all stages of the build, event and dismantle to ensure the health and safety of staff, patrons and the public and that the park lands used by the event are maintained in a clean state with little to no impact on the environment. The preferred supplier is required to provide all cleaning and waste disposal services including the supply of garbage bins and all consumables associated with such services for the event.
