Cloncurry Shire Council's strategic intention is to support the redevelopment of the Chinaman Creek Recreational Reserve ('Reserve') to make better use of the area and provide a more appealing location for recreational activities.
Broadly, the Reserve needs to be extended to accommodate more users, facilities to be updated to better meet community need, and for safety and access to be improved.
Cloncurry Shire Council invites tenders from suitably qualified tenderers to undertake civil works and installation of key components of the Chinaman Creek Dam Recreation Area development as described in more detail in the Scope document uploaded to the document list.
