Tender Description
Ausgrid requests tenders for the provision of pole and line inspection services in the Sydney South and Sydney East regions of its network on a 2 + 2 year term.
Line and pole inspection includes above and below ground inspections:
- drilling timber poles,
- measuring their wall thickness,
- excavation and backfilling,
- sawcutting,
- jackhammering,
- sounding poles,
- termite treatment,
- application of chemical preservatives,
- supply of materials,
- waste disposal,
- photography,
- defect management and
- data recording.
A mandatory pre-tender meeting is involved.
