Tender Description
Charles Heath reserve is adjacent to Five Dock leisure center and is an ideal location for a new playground adjacent. This scope of works includes the construction of a new playground with improved landscape areas on Charles Heath Reserve. Minor demolition works are also required and temporary facilities are to be installed for Council staff on the adjacent Bardwell Park.
The Contract term is for the period of construction, the timetable for this project to be completed is approximately 6 months. The Contractor is to assume the role of Principal Contractor (PC) on this site.
