Tender Description
Port Pirie Regional Council is seeking responses to the RFQ for the maintenance and servicing of Council owned building air-conditioner systems and units throughout the Port Pirie Regional Council area as defined in the RFQ package herein. Council’s aims and objectives regarding the Services are to ensure that all air-conditioner systems and units meet their designated design life and are operating at their optimum levels for the comfort of the public and Council officers. It is Council’s intension to award a two-year contract with the successful tenderer.
Interested tenderers are required to contact Council before COB on Thursday 14 July 2022 to arrange a site visit as a mandatory requirement in submitting for this RFQ.
While a Physical Tender Box has been selected for this Tender website, Tenderers must ensure that their submission is uploaded electronically to Council's file drop facility using the following link: https://files.pirie.sa.gov.au/filedrop/air-conditioningmaintenance in accordance with clause B4.1 Electronic Lodgement of Quotes of Section B – Conditions of Quotation of this RFQ package. **NO SUBMISSIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED VIA A PHYSICAL TENDER BOX**
