Expressione interest invited from suitably qualified person from the Northern Territory to become a independent member of the NAALA FARC

The external member is expected to make valuable contribution to the Finance Audit & Risk Committee.

Essential requirements include:

• Qualified accountant as defined in s88B of the Corporations Act who relevantly belongs to any of the professional bodies Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, CPA Australia.
• Capacity to dedicate sufficient time and energy for meeting requirements and documentation review.
• Knowledge and understanding of the Not-For-Profit sector and the requirements imposed on the sector by the ACNC and by other regulatory bodies.
• Demonstrable understanding of risk management and governance.
• Ability to work cooperatively with the other Committee members and be comfortable in the environment.
