Tender Description
The Queensland Government is seeking Proposals for the Design and installation of 12 x Environmentally Friendly Mooring (EFM) anchor systems at locations in the Northern Great Barrier Reef suitable for vessels up to 35m in length and 34 knots of wind (A-D size classes).
Identified installation locations will include areas in the geographic scope of Davies Reef (off Townsville) as the southern extent and Pelorus Island (east of Lucinda) as the northern extent and is most likely to include sites at the following locations: Pelorus, Orpheus, Fantome and Curacao Islands plus John Brewer, Keeper, Lodestone and Davies Reefs.
