Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Construction Tender submissions are sought from suitably qualified contractors for Stage 2 works for the expansion of the Montessori International College on the Sunshine Coast. There are two (2) parts, that relate to two projects being:

Project 1: Building works – Primary Learning Hub, Phase A, and

Project 2: Earthworks, Civil works (road and carpark) and Infrastructure.

Lead contractors are required to contact the MIC Architect, Phillip Daffara on p.daffara@placesense.com.au and register their company details to obtain the Tender Documentation. Details of the site inspection are to be confirmed.
