Tender Description
Whitsunday Regional Council (Council) has identified plant and equipment assets which are surplus to its requirements. In accordance with section 227 Local Government Regulation 2012 Council be conducting a public auction to dispose of these items.
Council will be conducting two separate auctions on the following dates and locations:
- Cannonvale Depot - 51 Carlo Drive, Cannonvale Qld 4802. Date: 9 July 2022. Time: The site will open for inspection from 9:00 am with the auction to commence at 10:00 am
- Location: Bowen Depot - 181 Richmond Road, Bowen Qld 4805. Date: 23 July 2022. Time: The site will open for inspection from 9:00 am with the auction to commence at 10:00 am
Refer to the attached tender documents for a full auction list/ catalogue of assets proposed for the auction.
The Registration Form is to be completed by all prospective Bidders, and submitted to contracts@whitsundayrc.qld.gov.au or brought on the day of Auction.
