Tender Description
Pressure cleaning of footpaths, all external surfaces of street rubbish bins, seats, and the bottom three (3) metres of the Subiaco Train Station roof columns.
The cleaning is required to be undertaken in the last three (3) weeks of March, July, and November for the City's commercial centres. With three (3) additional cleans for the Subiaco Train Station area. The contract also requires the Contractor to make themselves available for additional work requests which may be required during the life of the contract.
