Bayside Council invites suitably qualified and experienced Contractors with practical experience in Tennis Court Renewal works to submit a tender for the Bexley Tennis Court Renewal project, located at 369 Bexley Rd, Bexley.
The works include but are not limited to the following:
- Demolition of the existing 4 tennis courts and installation of new concrete courts and drainage. 2 courts will have synthetic grass surfacing and 2 courts will have an acrylic surfacing.
- Supply and install new Switchboard, conduits, wiring to connect to the new LED court lighting as well as to the Tennis Club House and Players Shelters.
- Provide new tennis court fencing to perimeter and courts.
- Replacement of roofing and roof drainage system to the Tennis Club House.
- Design & Installation of a new roof access safety system to the Tennis Club House.
- New windows, doors and general Builders work to the Tennis Club House.
- General builders work to players shelters.
- Make good post construction to all areas disturbed by the works to the full satisfaction
of Council.
- A site inspection will be held at 2pm Tuesday the 28th June 2022.
