NPDC is seeking the services of an experienced contractor who can replace the current corroded roof and purlins at the Waitara Transfer Station and install a new roof and purlins in line with the design specifications supplied by WSP. The work needs to be carried out with the minimum amount of downtime to the Transfer Station as the site needs to continue to operate during the work. Adherence to excellent Health and Safety practice is essential to ensure that you, the site operator and the community users are not impacted in an unsafe way while the reroofing is undertaken.
NPDC expects the work to be carried out in-line with the WSP design drawings / specifications to a high standard with the minimum amount of delay. The December - January period needs to be avoided as this is the busiest period for the Waitara Transfer Station.
