⁠⁠⁠Proposal for lease of Council managed crown land: Growing Potential Ltd t/as Windaan Aboriginal Services

In accordance with Section 47A of the Local Government Act 1993 Council hereby gives notice of its intention to lease Crown land managed as Community Land for a term of 5 years or less.

Details of the proposed lease are as follows:

Part of Lot 102 DP 1058414, Block I, Mud Huts, 4 Duke Street, Coffs Harbour comprising Community Village.

Purpose

Provision of services for Aboriginal children and their families

Term

3 years

Lessee

Growing Potential Limited Trading As Windaan Aboriginal Services

Submissions

Submissions concerning the proposal may be made in writing to Council within 28 days of this notice. That is, on or before 19 July 2022.

A plan showing the proposed lease area is on display in Council’s Customer Service Centre Foyer, 2 Castle Street, Coffs Harbour.
