Tender Description
ESA is seeking a single, multi-agency solution delivered by a Smart Device app (Application) with a Web Browser based backend, to manage and deploy volunteers in a unified manner. It will initially be used by the ACT Rural Fire Service and the ACT State Emergency Service but will be structured to be easily expandable for the inclusion of other emergency agencies in the future.
