Phase 1 of the Northern Endeavour Decommissioning project includes the preparation for decommissioning of the Laminaria-Corallina facilities, comprising flushing and hydrocarbon freeing of the floating production storage and offtake facility, well(s) suspension and isolation, disconnection of the FPSO, and optional tow.
To support decommissioning activities Petrofac requires ongoing support of a high-volume supplier of Low Sulphur Marine Diesel provider.
The provider will need to facilitate fuel needs between Vopak, the supplier, the Marine Agent, Wharf Services provider and PFML. Required quantities are identified by the PFML Offshore Team and PFML Darwin Shore base staff. Average volumes of supply are expected to be approximately 1000-2000m3 per month (depending on the stage or NEDCOM operations). Vessel berthing for refuel is expected to occur once a fortnight.
Supply will be via ASCO Darwin Marine Supply Base or Darwin Port East Arm Wharf infrastructure, and the supplier provided fuelling truck, hoses, technicians, policies and procedures.
Supplier personnel to facilitate, test, track and invoice the transfer of Low Sulphur Diesel fuel from the Darwin Port wharf facilities (East Arm, DMSB and where required Fort Hill Wharf) to vessels operating on PFML Charter. This includes testing of fuels, where required to proof quality as necessary by PFML.
Quantities may be in up to 1500m3 per visit (or more) due to the nature of visiting vessels later in the work scope of NEDCOM.
Scope and contract duration expectancy: 12 months.
