Tender Description
The Board of Trustees for Te Atatū Intermediate wish to procure an experienced Main Contractor for the project noted above. The works will include (but are not limited to) the following:
The removal and re-pitching of part of the Block 1 roof, as well as internal alteration works to the staffroom, admin area, staff offices and toilets of the same block.
The works also include the internal refurbishment of the Art and Science classrooms, toilets, and teacher offices comprising Block 5.
