Expression of Interest - Smithton Marina

⁠⁠⁠The purpose of this document is for Circular Head Council (Council) to invite Expressions of Interest (EOI) from persons/organisations interested in purchasing or leasing the Smithton Marina facility and land at West Esplanade, Smithton (PID: 3,317,038) that ensure continued existing community use of this facility.

Lodgement of submissions
Expressions of Interest shall be provided to Council by Friday 8th July 2022 via either;

• Hard copy submission either delivered in person to Council Chambers 33 Goldie Street, Smithton or, posted to PO Box 348 Smithton TAS 7330 and clearly marked “Expression of Interest – Smithton Marina”
• Email to development@circularhead.tas.gov.au
