Tender Description
The City of Salisbury invites tenders for the provision of road reseal and maintenance works. Council anticipates entering into a works contract with 1 successful tenderer.
The head contractor will be responsible for scheduling and undertaking annual programs of works, sourcing and managing subcontractors as required to successfully complete the works.
The scope of works required comprises all works associated with a road reconstruction/reseal or upgrade, ensuring coordination of work is efficient and impact to residents is minimised.
The head contractor will work with the City of Salisbury within a contract arrangement built upon relational and collaborative principles, with a strong asset management focus which aims to demonstrate and build capacity within the respective parties to deliver the City of Salisbury's objectives in a sustainable manner.
The City of Salisbury will negotiate with the successful tenderer to agree the final works specification, performance criteria and general conditions.
