Standing Offer Arrangement (SOA) for the Provision of Medical Transcription Services

Deliverables:

(a) provision of a tailored workflow that suits Torres and Cape HHS facilities, with preferably mobile access that enables clinicians to review, edit and approve anywhere, anytime.
(b) provision of an intuitive dictation, review and approval process for clinicians that is simple to use
(c) maintenance of a co-sourcing arrangement that allows transcription to be conducted by both external typists
(d) availability of efficient administrator and clinician review platforms, with the ability to generate comprehensive reports
(e) improved transcription production through the use of an integrated platform that is specifically designed to improve medical transcription turnaround and performance.
(f) provision of secure message delivery/file transfer to GPs
(g) potential for EMR integration in the future
(h) reduction in postage delivery costs and paper handling by using integrated electronic delivery to the GP, fax or via internal electronic distribution
(i) increase in organisation productivity via an integrated dictation and electronic document management solution
(j) The successful Offeror is required to work collaboratively with the Eligible Customer.
