Tender Description
Winton Shire Council is seeking a quotation for the product/service as listed below for pulverisation works to be conducted on the Hughenden – Winton Road approximately 10 km North of Winton, QLD 4735.
Inclusions
Contractors are to quote on the entirety of the works. Where work is sub-contracted out the Principal Contractor shall clearly note the scope of works sub-contracted and to whom however all works shall be risk of the Principal Contractor. The Principal Contractor shall inform Council at the start of the project which sub-contractors are making claims under Building and Construction Industry Payments Act 2004 (BCIPA).
Exclusions
Traffic Control, Winton Shire to provide (Side track will be in operation).
Site Visit
The site of works is located at 570/99C/2196283 (Winton – Hughenden Road) TMR Ch. 203.350 –
210.893 km. Approximately 10 kms North of Winton.
