Tender Description
The Gladstone Area Water Board is seeking tender submissions for Communication/Stakeholder Specialist Services, specifically for the Awoonga Dam Spillway Upgrade Project.
The scope of work key deliverables are as follows:
- Detailed stakeholder analysis and mapping;
- Project narrative and key messages that support GAWB’s overall corporate brand and narrative;
- Risks & issues management, in particular identify reputational risks and appropriate mitigation strategies/tactics.
- Communications tools and channels to support engagement activities which include web, social media, print, video, and imagery and digital;
- Mechanisms to monitor issues and provide advice on risk management;
- Targeted engagement plans for key community stakeholders, local government, residents, local contractors, and supply chain organisations;
- Proactive and reactive media relations.
The Scope of Work does not include any communications/ stakeholder management services for any other area/ project for Gladstone Area Water Board, other than the project specified in the scope of work.
