Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The Adelaide 500 is a four-day event staged by the SA Motor Sport Board on Adelaide’s world-renowned street circuit and surrounding parklands in the heart of the CBD.

The event is South Australia’s largest annual ticketed sporting event providing a vibrant mix of motorsport and other off-track attractions appealing to a diverse audience.

The preferred supplier is required to provide manufacturing services for the Adelaide 500 Pedestrian Overpasses.

The scope of Services for this project is as follows:

Procure and supply all required materials and components in accordance with the specifications.
Fabricate overpasses in accordance with specifications.
Load and transport all overpasses to the clients storage yard.

Note: Detailed As-Constructed Survey Data for in-ground hold down bolts and footings will be provided by the client at a date to be agreed with the preferred Contractor.
