Boulia Shire Council is seeking to create a Register of Prequalified Suppliers for the supply of Plant Hire and Trade Services. Suitably qualified Tenderers with proven capability, capacity, and sound financial and technical background to deliver the Specification outlined in this Invitation to Tender are invited to participate in this Invitation to Tender process.
The wet and dry hire of Plant and Equipment will be for jobs within the Shire of Boulia as and when required. The plant and equipment will generally be required to work on road construction and maintenance in the Boulia Shire under the direction of Council officers. Plant and Equipment sought include the following categories: Ablution, Asphalt Paver, Backhoe, Body Truck, Camp Trailer Accommodation, Combo, Compressor, Crane, Crusher, Dozer, Drott, Excavator, Fencing, Flocon, Generator, Grader, Leachate Tanker, Loader, Milling Machine, Prime Mover, Profiler, Pumps, Roller, Scraper, Screening Plant, Skid Steer, Stabiliser, Street Sweeper, Tipper, Tractor, Trailer, Transport Truck, Vacuum Unit, Vehicle, Water Truck, Woodchipper. If a Tenderer has other Plant and Equipment available for hire (not listed), they are encouraged to tender those Plant and Equipment also.
Trades Services will be required to work on a variety of Council buildings or sites under the direction of Council officers. Hourly rates are sought for Trade Services for the following categories: Air-Conditioning, Carpenters, Cleaning Internal, Cleaning External, Data and Communications, Electrical General, Electrical Testing, Fencing, Flooring, Metal Fabrication and Welding, Painting, Pest Control, Plumbing, Refrigeration, Concreting Works, Mechanic Auto Electrical, Survey Services, IT Services, Tiling, Photography, Fire services, General labour. If a Tenderer has other Trade Services available (not listed), they are encouraged to tender those Trade Services also.
