Management of Riverview Caravan Park - Condobolin

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking innovative, motivated and experienced operators to provide high quality customer service, park management and development, asset maintenance and marketing at Tottenham Caravan Park and Lakeview Caravan Park.

Lachlan Shire Council is looking for operators who can operate the business from the caravan park and provide affordable, secure, sustainable and presentable caravan park facilities appropriate to the location. There is opportunity to increase the park’s turnover significantly with improved public awareness of the facilities.

The successful applicant will be offered a fixed term contract to deliver the services outlined above and as detailed in the ‘Management Contract’. Council is proposing an attractive commission based on accommodation rates and a retention payment. On-site housing, in the form of a three bedroom dwelling, is also included in the overall package.
