The Contract requires a professional consultant for the development of the City's clubrooms at Stan Twight, which includes the preparation of conceptual, schematic and construction documents.

A site briefing will commence at 1.30pm on Friday, 17 June 2022 and will take approximately 45 minutes. Due to the nature of the tender, this site briefing is recommended and all prospective tenderers should attend or send a suitable representative.

Request for tender documents, containing full details of the work and details regarding the lodgement of tenders, will be available for collection from 10am on Monday 6 June 2022.
