Tender Description
The City of Canning (the City) is calling for Expressions of Interest (EOI) from Approved Aged Care Providers of residential aged care for the purchase of its aged care business, and subsequent lease of the 42-bed Canning Lodge Residential Aged Care building (Canning Lodge) to provide ongoing operations and management.
In addition to Canning Lodge, responses may also include expressions of interest surrounding the future use and operation of the Caprice Place Independent Living Units, the Everglades Day Centre, and the Home and Community Care Building (excluding the Herald Avenue Senior Citizens Centre).
The City is committed to an outcome that will result in ongoing high quality of care and accommodation for Canning Lodge residents now and in the future.
