Tender Description
CJ Arms P/L, in conjunction with Greater Western Water, is intending to release a Request for Tender in June 2022 for the Scenic Botanica Stage 1 - Branch Sewer. The project will include:
Construction of 490m of 300 dia and 334 m of 375 dia Branch sewer as part of the Scenic Botanica estate for Ecosse Property Holdings P/L, with the City of Melton. Contractors must be accredited with Greater Western Water for the supply of works and services in Category SC2 - Branch / Main Sewer > 280 dia and SC7 - Any Live Sewer Works.
