Tender Description
Tenders are invited for the supply of Plumbing Services to Katherine Town Council. These works shall be carried out within the guidelines and specifications supplied, including the following works.
SCOPE OF WORKS
To carry out all works of a plumbing nature.
To provide a 24-hour 7-day a week call out service
Note: This tender does not include any works on P&W assets
Responsibilities:
The contractor shall be responsible for:
a. securing the area at all times.
b. the supply of all labour and equipment required including any temporary fencing and safety signage
c. the removal of all rubbish from the premises
The contractor is responsible for the construction and maintenance of a safety zone around the work site (construction site) during the construction period and all works shall be carried out within the relevant OH&S and NT Worksafe Guidelines.
