Tender Description
Norfolk Island Regional Council is seeking the supply of a checked baggage x-ray machine for international airport operations. The tendered Equipment must meet requirements under Civil Aviation Safety Regulations (CASR) and Aviation Screening Notice 2013. The tendered Equipment must be able to screen oversized luggage (i.e. minimum 1000mm x 800mm tunnel). The Equipment is required to be delivered to the Norfolk Island International Airport, Norfolk Island. The Supplier will be required to install and commission the Equipment at the Norfolk Island International Airport, and train the Council operators (or contractors) in the use of the Equipment. The Supplier will be required to provide ongoing servicing and maintenance in accordance with the OEM service/preventative maintenance schedule at the Norfolk Island International Airport and aftermarket service/repair parts and troubleshooting assistance, as required for a service period of 5 years.
